Bilqees joined HSM in 1998 as ad traffic controller on three magazines. She went on to become the production manager and, in 2010, was invited to join the Board of Directors as production director. In 12 years, the production department has more than quadrupled, from the initial team of three to 13 members today, a reflection of Bilqees' commitment to personnel development. When she's not chasing deadlines and ensuring some 30-plus titles make it on to the shelves, Bilqees enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and relaxing as much as possible!
