The new JSE covers the internet of everything

08 May 2014 in Business

'From cars to cows, toothbrushes to door locks, the internet of everything is going to play a huge role in the way we live and conduct business,' says JSE editor Patrick Farrell. The latest JSE investigates whether this will signal utopia or dystopia. Other features look at the food retail sector, red tape in small businesses and the independence (or lack thereof) of long-serving directors.

'In JSE+, the main magazine's supplement, investing in Africa comes under the spotlight. Nigeria may have recently overtaken SA as the continent's biggest economy but what does that really mean?' asks Patrick. Other topics include the health of African stock markets and the power of private equity. Pick up your copy of JSE at your retailer or read the digimag here.
