HSM welcomes its first online community manager

04 April 2014 in Digital, General

HSM is committed to expanding its quality publishing across digital platforms to enhance the reader experience and interaction with its titles and broaden the value-add it offers its clients.

In light of this, HSM is proud to welcome its first online community manager Lisa Wallace. Lisa will be driving conversations on the Cape etc and Wedding Album digital spaces: ‘With the recent and upcoming launch of these publications’ digital platforms and wealth of growth and possibility ahead, I feel fortunate to be here at the birth of something great,’ says Lisa. ‘That's the fun of digital, it's ever-changing.’

Originally a Jozi girl, Lisa graduated from UCT intent on pursuing her writing and journalism career in both print and online media. With a passion for lifestyle journalism, she has been both a contributor to print features in circulating magazines, as well as assisted in the management of their digital platforms.

‘This is an important step ahead for HSM,’ says publishing director Jill Kayton. ‘We’re excited about the possibilities this opens up for us, our clients and our readers, not only on existing titles, but for new ventures in the future.’
